All partners (students and teachers) met for the first time and made a wide promotion of the project via meetings with local authorities like the mayor of Kalamata;

The activities were integrated into the curriculum like the creation of presentations about the school, the educational system, country, region with the help of the ICT, History, Greek Literature, Geography, Chemistry teacher. The Greek school provided lessons to students/teachers about Greek language heritage in partners' mother-tongues, promoted via workshops/lectures the relationship of traditional dances and traditional costumes of all partners, boosted via workshops and educational programmes Europe's oldest routes in drama and Olympic games, endorsed the Mediterranean diet since the major agriculture product in the region is olive oil (Kalamata PDO olive oil) via lecture by a nutritionist and a workshop at a cooking school, broadened the intellectual horizons of students and taught them how to find a cultural organizations and develop their local societies via the collaboration with the school of "History-Archaeology and Management of Cultural Resources" of the university of Peloponnese which is located in Kalamata, 18km from school.

The envolved participants, especially students were welcomed and hosted by their peers. They learnt about the Greek language, heritage and local culture and traditions, the Olympic games/Drama, past and present, develop nutrition skills and got familiar with ways of eating well and healthy in this part of Europe and they study the common products used in the Mediterranean diet like the Kalamata PDO olive oil, created Cultural Organisations as cultural entrepreneurs promoting national and European heritage, started creating and organising the material of the touristy guide of the Greek city, improved English, gained a certificate of attedance/Europass emitted by the school for the skills they will acquire, reinforced bounds between people, met new friends and fostered lasting acquaintances, and foster a nice atmosphere among young people that will remain in memories.
