Project Meeting in Corlu, Turkey
The project meeting was hosted by Çorlu İMKB Fen Lisesi from 9th to 14th January 2022. Each partner school from Greece, Bulgaria and Portugal attended the mobility. All participants-teachers and students- spent an amazing week and enjoyed a successful mobility.
The first day of the meeting was at the host school. The international teams presented the most important five tourist attractions of their country and gave detailed information what tourists need to know when visiting our countries. At the end of the working day the participants had fun and joined a quiz through Quizziz Web2 tool. Together we created an international art exhibition with national objects, clothes and costumes. The guests tried homemade Turkish food and learned how to dance "Damat halayı". During the second day we enjoyed the city tour. We visited Atatürk's House and Wax Museum of famous people, we had a walk in the city center and met regional educational experts and representatives. The third day was dedicated to traditional handcrafts presentations, traditional costumes and fashion show in the Public Education Centre. In İSTANBUL we visited the 0ld town - The Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, Tne Basilica Cistern, İstanbul Archeological Museum. The highlight of this wonderful day was the Bosphorus boat tour. Our mobility finished with Certificate Ceremony.
The program of the international meeting was well organised, very diverse and dynamic, the workshop on Ebru was extremely interactive and interesting and the people and places we visited were amazing.
We were singing and dancing together, sharing useful ideas, thoughts and emotions, having fun and learning from each other.
The word that best describes our meeting is CONNECTED.
